We are dedicated to training well-rounded athletes, offering opportunities for personal and professional growth for young people and adults from all communities, contributing to strengthening the social fabric and the sustainable development of the region.

By 2027, the Bolívar Sailing League envisions Cartagena as a leading water sports tourism destination, attracting sailors and fans from around the world. We promote sustainable development and sporting excellence, enriching the tourism offering with international events and innovative educational programs.
